Hier fand ich:

"Diesen auch Rolling Technik genannten Vorgang zwei- bis dreimal wiederholen.". Aber zu "Rolling-Technik" fand ich im Zusammenhang mit Cocktail-Mixen nur 26 Einträge und vermute, dass ein anderer Begriff dafür im Deutschen verwendet wird.

In meinem Video sagt der Spreche: "The technique we're gonna use
is called rolling."
