Eigenbedarfskündigungen sind mittlerweile der häufigste Kündigungsgrund. Aber auch durch unnötige Entmietungen unter Ausnutzung von geltendem Recht und durch Schikane verlieren viele Menschen ihre Wohnung.

Je ne suis pas certaine de bien comprendre le sens de cette phrase. Est-ce bien les propriétaires qui utilisent leurs droits pour congédier les locataires ? Dans ce cas, comment "unnötige Entmietungen"
