Regarding your follow-up comment on Ayman Massoud's answer:

You have a legitimate cause to dispute the accuracy or appropriateness of the expression أصحاب المصلحة as a translation of the term "stakeholders." You also have a legitimate cause to wonder about the relative merits of other contenders, such as:

الأطراف المعنية، ذوو العلاقة، الأطراف المؤثرة

First, I hope it is clear why حملة الأسهم or المساهمون cannot be coterminous with "stakeholders." The reason is that حملة الأسهم are the shareholders, who represent a subset of stakeholders, as is clearly stated in your text.

But what about the other Arabic terms you listed? There is only one reason why أصحاب المصلحة wins the competition: convention. To use any other term would confuse any reader who is conversant with Arabic corporate literature. The term has been used so widely and persistently that it has practically established itself as a standard technical term. It is not superior to the other terms that you listed in any other way.

There are occasions when we feel compelled to rebel against a translation convention and use a more accurate or more appropriate term or phrasing. This one, however, is not worth a fight.
