disagree  Germaine: "Soulever un différend" n'est pas "gérer un litige". Comme vs le dites vs-même, c'est le locuteur (we) qui "gère", pas le client (you). Demander à "you" de gérer le litige, c'est lui dire de s'arranger tout seul.
