Prendre du volume, c’est quelque chose de très plaisant, surtout quand on est dans cette phase de prise de masse. On a des grosses congestions. Euh, on se sent « plus plein » comme on dit dans le jargon, plein à craquer, et c’est ç)a qu’on aime au final, c’est construire du muscle, ca reste la base de ce sport.

Qualche idea? Mettere massa sarebbe ideale ma dato che segue la "prise de masse" vorrei evitare la ripetizione...
