My suspicion is that in your text both la. and l.a. mean the same (correct abbreviation is l.a.) Dg = diagnosis btw, the latter ICD diagnosis code is more likely to be I80.0: Phlebitis and thrombophlebitis of superficial vessels of lower extremities. |
