I doubt the members of the Division went nuts or suffered from German playwright Bertold Brecht's 'Verfremdungseffekt' (alienation effect).

I agree that recuse o.s. works for trial judges and juror, but fear that disposal of an action is another scene of the action.

As I've mentioned before, a disposal hearing needs to be watched in E&W where, counter-intuitively, it means consideration of an application to pay a debt by *instal(l)ments*.
