Revizija protiv presude je i kod nas strogo formalan akt i postojanje pravnog osnova u predmetima predstavlja preduslov njenog pokretanja. To znači da je isključivo došlo ili do pogrešne primene materijalnog prava ili do apsolutno bitnih povreda odredaba ZPP RS.
