Nel processo penale, r. di un reato, descrizione sommaria del fatto attribuito all’imputato e sua qualificazione giuridica con l’indicazione degli articoli di legge che lo prevedono. " Mi sembra, dal link allegato, che si possa tradurre con "qualificazione". Trovo pure nei miei documenti personali l'espressione "derubricare il reato: requalifier l'infraction".
