Russian term or phrase:

(forward) power three-turn
Explanation:

Making the Right Moves by Peter Dalby:
Forward power three-turns: The skater will perform forward outside three-turns to a balance position followed by a backward crossover.

The deceptive step is the combination of “(LFO) → three out (LBI) → lunge (RBO) → lunge (LBI) → undercut (RBI) → open fly (LFO)”.

Asker:

(обманный шаг [three-turn, free leg lunge, other foot lunge, crossover] – three turn).
Right after the combo Patrick moves to the choreographic sequence (32 s) after which there are a couple of progressives with a chassé in between and second toe loop entry (обманный шаг - three turn).

Asker: Mr. Szmulowicz, thank you for your help! Please correct me if it's wrong, but 'three-turn' seems to be a part of the combo called 'обманный шаг', not the entire combo. Looks like the authors of the second article don't know, how to translate this either, as they refer to the transition from this to three-turn to обманный шаг when entering the toe loop as "обманный шаг - three turn".

false step

Explanation:
1. Sounds English: )
2. Very few hits for figure skating but plenty for football
