Homologation (of) family institutions Explanation: Although I'm not really sure what is being asked here. The query term "instituciones familiares" literally translates as "family institutions"... And "homologation" in English has synonyms such as "authorization", but in a dry legal text like this, I'd simply use the cognate. Example sentence(s):

(Ven) Homologación (de acuerdo sobre) instituciones familiares (Ven: Judicial) ratification of (agreement on) domestic arrangements Explanation: Homologation: the court rubber-stamps an agreement made between the spouses, parents or other guardians, as in EN Common Law countries. institución can also mean an appointment of a party: instituciones familiares > family-related appointments or domestic vs. (deeds of) family arrangement that, in England & Wales, could denote an agreed variation of a Will made and not yet admitted to probate. PS an audio-typist from Essex, in our erstwhile translation office in Central London, and who claimed to be 'prudish' used to be in the habit of the typo of 'gratification' for ratification.
