I was under the impression that KudoZ was a collaborative service to help translators deal with challenging terms that do not come up often in everyday conversation and are so specialized that they cannot be found in commonly available dictionaries, even online, or so confusing because of how they are used in a particular sentence that a translator could benefit from input from other translators. If my understanding is correct, what exactly is challenging about "treats you" in this context? I don't suppose KudoZ users post terms like "water" in "I like to drink water without ice," do they? Or am I completely missing the purpose of KudoZ? |
