Italian to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / General personal data protection agreement
Italian term or phrase: punto
Le Parti restano obbligate anche dopo la fine del loro rapporto contrattuale e meglio come specificato al punto 3.

The Parties remain bound also after the end of their contractual relationship and as better specified at point 3.

Would you use the word "point" in contracts? Or item?
Or something else?

Grazie.

It depends ... (3)

Explanation:
Agreements/contacts are structured as clauses annd sub-clauses - articles in Italian contracts with paragraphs and points. You will have to look exactly what (3) is referring to. Is it a clause, sub-clause or a numbered point of a clause or sub-clause? I would tend to eliminate point and use (3), as in 3.3(3). Hope this is clear.
Also, "the Parties have a duty/are required to ...., also after their contractual relationship shall cease to be in force, and as further defined in (3)." I think you mean General Data Protection Agreement - personal is implied.
