Spanish term or phrase: Peculado Doloso Impropio
In a court document from Venezuela there are three very similar terms I have to distinguish between, in a translation into American English.

Peculado Doloso Propio = Embezzlement by a public official/employee

Peculado Doloso Impropio = ???

Peculado Doloso Propio Continuado = Ongoing/continued embezzlement by a public official/employee ??

Can you help me with the correct term so that I distinguish them correctly?
Thanks in advance!

Malfeasant Misappropriation as an Accessory (US: Second-Degree/E&W: by conspriracy))
Explanation:
compare malversación e.g. de caudales públicos

Sandro T.: 'What sets peculado doloso propio from peculado doloso impropio is that the latter has an element of contribuir, i.e., someone who has acted in concert, an accessory.'

non-, mal- & misfeasance might be the way to go to get across the 'mens rea' element of doloso:

nonfeasance: an omission; sitting back and doing nothing
*malfeasance: the doing of a wrongful or unlawful act*
misfeasance: the doing of a legal act in an improper or injurious way (Barron's US Law Dictionary).

In the UK, misfeasance proceedings can also be brought by a liquidator against misbehaving company officers and directors. Misfeasance also implied in public office including of a company where no *public funds* are up for grabs, whereas the US-Am. usage may be different.

Peculado Doloso Propio (Continuado) : (continuing) malfeasant misappropriation - of public, the employer's or company funds - as a (US: first-degree) principal

embezzlement against the state

Explanation:
As far as I can see (which is not very far) the difference seems to be whethe the crime is committed by a public official or by anyone else

So to distinguish:
Embezzlement against the state by a public official/employee
embezzlement against the state
