This term is taken from a Puerto Rican divorce decree to translate into US English, and I have seen it entered here in the criminal context, but what sort of "judgment" would this be in the civil sense?

Considerada la petición de las partes y los acuerdos presentados, este Tribunal acepta los mismos y dicta Sentencia de Conformidad.

agree  Carlos Delgado: I would add that not only the judge declared the petition and agreement proposed admissible but also ruled accordingly, that is, a divorce decree will be handed as requested.
