Hi,

These are samples from the supraclavicular lymph nodes.

"Une lame HE et une recoupe HE à 300u ont été réalisées pour chaque bloc"

I understand that HE is the H&E stain but not sure what "recoupe" means in this context.

Explanation:
It sounds like they are taking a section from the beginning of the block of embedded tissue, then removing 300 microns from the block and taking another section. I have said "for H & E staining" as the block itself would not be stained. The thin section is mounted on a slide then stained before coverslipping.
