• CO or Case Manager must sign and date the IGP before it is put in IGP box
• The revised IGP Policy removed the prior Step 1 (use of Inmate Request Form within 5 days of occurrence) and prior Step 6 (Appeal to the Director that allowed for 30 business days for final decision).
• The revised IGP Policy went from 93 business days to 58 business days for a final determination including appeals.
• Use of Legal Mail route to return IGP responses versus regular In-House Mail.
• Will utilize triplicate form for Informal, Formal, Warden and DD Appeal to ensure inmate retains a copy of IGP submitted.
