Como traduziam este bolo em pt-pt?
Fofo de chocolate, bolo húmido de chocolate?
Acho que "bolo cremoso de chocolate" está mais para o "fondant de chocolat".
Encontrei perguntas aqui de FR-EN, mas a discussão foi tanta que me aborreci.

« Comme son nom l’indique, il se distingue par une texture souple et légère. Contrairement à la recette du Fondant au chocolat, il y a dans un Moelleux au chocolat moins d’œufs, plus de farine et parfois de la poudre d’amande. Sa cuisson est aussi plus longue que le Mi-cuit au chocolat. Attention toutefois à ne pas le faire trop cuire, il pourrait devenir trop sec. La pâte doit encore légèrement coller à la pointe du couteau à la fin de la cuisson. Ne pas hésiter à rajouter quelques morceaux de pommes ou de poires pour renforcer son côté moelleux. »
