Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести "recourse" в следующем контексте:


10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Disputes. Except as otherwise provided in Section 10.3 below, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. If the amount in controversy is less than Five Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars (US$500,000), then any such dispute or controversy shall be determined by one (1) arbitrator, who shall be chosen by the American Arbitration Association, provided that the arbitrator is experienced in commercial disputes. If the amount in controversy is Five Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars (US$500,000) or more, then any such dispute or controversy shall be determined by three (3) arbitrators, of whom one shall be nominated by Seller, one by Channel Partner, and the third, who shall serve as Chairman, shall be chosen by the two party-nominated arbitrators or, in the event the party-nominated arbitrators are unable to designate the third arbitrator, by the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. All costs of arbitration shall be divided evenly between Sellerand Channel Partner.

10.2. Sole Recourse. Except as otherwise provided in Section 10.3 below, Section 10.1 provides the sole recourse for the settlement of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

10.3. Interim Relief. Nothing contained in the arbitration clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim measures of protection in the form of pre-award attachment of assets, or from seeking injunctive relief to enforce in courts of competent jurisdiction rights covered in this Agreement.
