English term or phrase: Property in law
Buongiorno a tutti!

"Whereas Charity does not refer explicitly to selling these goods, the parties agree and accept that the Property in law is sold by Charity to other charities for their charitable use."

Qualche suggerimento?

Grazie mille!

proprietà
Explanation:
Property in law is sold by Charity to other charities for their charitable use

the capital Property in English Law may be safely translated lower case as in Italian Law means anything held peacefully without further definition.

property in law > is sold - is sold in law
la proprietà in diritto (formale)

Explanation:
Is slightly ambiguous as could mean either 1. the formal and 'bare' (nuda?) legal vs. informal equitable title in Anglo-Am law or 2. the sale in law e.g. legally or legitimately of the goods or otherwise a building (proprietà nuda / bare title vs. usufrutto) di un immobili etc.) to other Charities.

I like Adriana's name and idea of legal property in the Discussion Entries.

Example sentence(s):

property in law
diritto di proprietà

Explanation:
