Chers collègues, cari colleghi,
Comme vous le savez (ou pas) depuis le 1er janvier dernier les TGI et les TI ont laissé la place au tribunal judiciaire https://www.lemonde.fr/societe/article/2020/01/02/la-justice... (c'est un article réservé aux abonnés mais je peux l'envoyer en pdf à qui me le demandera gentiment!!).
Je tombe donc pour la première fois sur ce terme à traduire en italien et j'hésite entre tribunale giudiziario e tribunale civile (en penchant plutôt pour la deuxième option, sachant que l'idée de la réforme est notamment de distinguer entre justice civile et administrative).

Asker: Appunto non si tratta di tradurre juridictions de l'ordre judiciaire ma un nuovo tribunale che sostituisce il Tribunal de Grande instance e il tribunal d'instance e che è quindi chiamato a pronunciarsi su questioni civilistiche.
