I have a psychiatric report that says:

Le cours de la pensée est légèrement sous pression, sans être pathologique ; il n’y a pas de circonstancialité ni de tangentialité ou de blocage.

I can't grasp what "Le cours de la pensée est légèrement sous pression" is supposed to mean. I know that a direct translation would be "The train of thought is slightly under pressure" but I don't get what that could mean exactly. Can someone help?
