Swordfish


Explanation:
All the other suggestions are correct; however, in order to sell it to English (and German)speakers, you have to call it "Swordfish" -it is in fact very similar. In French it's "merou" and well known but "grouper" is the kind of fish you imagine Jacques Cousteau filming and probably wouldn't order in a restaurant.
