transfered (gave) the possession over 12% of shares to Explanation: ___ offshore company. Определить без контекста, что конкретно имел в виду автор, невозможно. С другой стороны, очевидно, что владеть акциями можно и на правах доверительного управления (тогда автору нужно было бы упомянуть и о праве распоряжения). Я думаю, что использованием термина "владения" автор подчеркивает, что право собственности на акции не передается, поэтому предлагаю вариант перевода, приведенный выше |
