Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Vertragsbedingungen
English term or phrase: passage of time or notice

The Limited Partner confirms, ... there is no default, or circumstance which currently does, or with the passage of time or notice would, constitute a default under this Agreement.

Weiß jemand, was das bedeuten soll?

Hier gibt es was auf Rumänisch für "lapse of time or notice":

Explanation:
The wording doesn't have a 'British' feel about it.

In BrE likelier to be: effluxion of time or notice > to desist / eine Abmahnung or remedy a breach > Mahnung zur Abhilfe, after which notice period the defaulter would be in breach vs. Kündigung = namely, a notice given to terminate the partnership itself.

Example sentence(s):
  • US: (b) result in a violation or breach of any Law or Order applicable to Seller or any of Seller’s respective Assets and Properties; or (c) (i) conflict with or result in a violation or breach of, (ii) constitute (with or without notice or lapse of tim

Asker: Vielen Dank!

  -> Mitteilung - wovon?
