Government Inspection. In the event that Supplier is notified that any Services conducted under this Agreement will be involved in an inspection of Supplier's or any of its Subcontractor's facilities by any duly authorised agency of the local, federal, state, national or any foreign government (as applicable), or in the event that Supplier is not so notified, but at some point in the conduct of such an inspection, Services appear to be involved, Supplier shall:

a. promptly advise ХХХ by telephone or facsimile of the notification or circumstances of any such inspection and, if possible, which Services performed by Supplier for ХХХ are or might become involved; and

b. unless otherwise required by law, not permit any inspections involving the Services performed by Supplier for ХХХ nor disclose any data therefrom until further instructions are received from ХХХ.
