Здесь речь идёт о счете-фактуре (по-английски он называется так же, как и счёт - invoice).
Оформление счета-фактуры жестко регламентируется (во всяком случае в нашей стране). Любое нарушение правил его оформления ведёт к тому, что данный счёт-фактура к учету не принимается и,следовательно, компания не может применить вычет по НДС.
