Note that "schwach" (weak) does not necessarily mean diminished or abnormal. In particular, bilaterally 'weak' reflexes often do not indicate any pathology.
NB: I have not been able to find a similar descriptive term in English native texts; it seems that the number grades (1+ to 5+) are preferred over words. See, for example https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK396/ .
