Mangels weiterer Informationen würde ich hier "auffällig" wählen. Denn eine auffällige Kamera kann Einbrecher abschrecken.

Ist allerdings stark vom Kontext und der Art der Kamera abhängig. Wenn es ein winziges Ding ist, passt das natürlich nicht.

Grundsätzlich hat man hier sicherlich künstlerische Freiheit, ich würde mich nicht zu sehr an dem englischen Wort aufhängen.

  -> Ja sorry, da haben wir wohl Synchronpunkte verdient
agree  Thomas Pfann: Passt sehr gut – auch für das „winzige Ding“ um das es hier geht. Es sieht zwar gut aus und verschandelt das Haus nicht, ist aber eben auch auffällig genug, um Einbrecher abzuschrecken. Eine mögliche Alternative wäre evtl. noch deutlich.
