is an obvious choice (of partner/sponsor) Explanation: See the additional context in the discussion box - it's a get-together for young people to talk about the future of the world. The idea is that it wouldn't have been the same without FCA. I suggest: "Fiat Chrysler Automobiles' e-mobility division was an obvious choice of sponsor for this highly innovative experiment." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2019-11-12 00:00:51 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Is, not was, since the event happens this month. |

that Fiat Chrysler Automobiles cannot miss Explanation: … this is an incredibly innovating experiment that Fiat Chrysler Automobiles cannot miss, [especially] given that its e-Mobility division is already one of the partners. |

will naturally be present Explanation: I think the meaning is a little different to the others proposed - to me "non può mancare" basically means "will obviously be there". "at which FCA, as partner with its e-Mobility division, will naturally be present", or "which FCA, as partner with its e-Mobility division, will of course be attending". You may find a better English rendering, but I think this is what is intended. |
