Explanation:
Kolegou navržený termín je pro určité případy věcně správný. Používá však metaforiku fyzických rozměrů instalace čerpadla, zatímco vámi uváděný příklad/výklad spíš popisuje fyzikální charakteristiku samotného čerpadla, tj. veličinu (jednotka: kg*m/s^2). Navíc váš příklad předpokládá plynné skupenství, zatímco kolegou navržený termín předpokládá kapalinu.
Z těchto důvodů navrhuji obecnější termín výtlak.
