agree  Steve Robbie: Whereby "depositary" means the institution or person with whom the funds have been lodged (see Wolf D's links below), and should not be confused with the "depositary" or "custodian" in the sense of a custody bank providing services to an investment fund.

depositary certificate

Explanation:
This is the investor's "receipt" for the contribution of capital as shares.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Catherine. However, the certificate has been issued to the company itself, rather than one of the investors. The auditor checked the payment of shares, that they were recorded in the accounts, and issue to this certificate to the Company

proof of escrow

Explanation:
I wonder if dépositaire here means "escrow" rather than custodian. My first thought was "stock certificate" but that's proof of share ownership while the following links suggest that what is being referred to is proof of payment or transfer of funds to some kind of escrow account or agent ahead of a share issue:

(1) https://bpifrance-creation.fr/encyclopedie/reprendre-entrepr...

(2) http://www.cci-paris-idf.fr/entreprises/developpement/droit-...

(3) https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do?idArticl...

But I'm not aware of "escrow" or "proof of escrow" being used in this way and context in EN; maybe specific to FR regulations?

Sorry for all that bold at the end, tag typo...

Example sentence(s):
  • This certificate serves as proof of escrow.
  • This receipt serves as proof of escrow.
