Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / employee share scheme
French term or phrase: bons de souscription d'actions
So I have some minutes of a company meeting to approve various points, one of which is:

Délégation de compétence à consentir au Président aux fins d'émettre, en une ou plusieurs fois, un nombre maximum de XX (XX) bons de souscription de parts de créateurs d'entreprise et/ou bons de souscription d'actions,

There are various examples and the context is the award of share warrants as part of a company share scheme.
I have two terms:
bons de souscription de parts de créateurs d'entreprise - also referred to as BSPCE
bons de souscription d'actions - also referred to as BSA

Both appear to be specific to France, and I was going to use:
“bons de souscription de parts de créateurs d'entreprise” (BSPCE) [French regime for employee share schemes] share warrants
“bons de souscription d'actions” (BSA) [French regime for employee share schemes] share warrants

and later just refer to them (based on the text) as " BSCPE and BSA share warrants"

Is there any other way of distinguishing the two types? (from research different rules apply to them). Thanks

Otherwise, these are share application and not subscription forms, Créateurs d'enterprise having long been called 'company promoters' in the UK (and standard ENG co. and business law textbooks).

Subscription Warrant

In derivatives, a security, usually attached to another security, that gives the right to buy a certain amount in common stock in the company issuing the subscription warrant at or below the market price. Subscription warrants are usually issued with a bond to encourage investors to purchase the debt. They operate much like call options, but are issued by corporations, instead of individual investors; they are particularly susceptible to volatility. See also: Subscription right.

Already in the glossaries as such ..... and plausible.

Maybe post the other term as a separate question. Meanwhile Delta Drone in the second example sentence has a Franglais answer to Founders' Warrants (UK: *Deferred (Bottom-Ranking) Stock Warrants vs. Options).

Asker: Thanks for this. This is the answer that I chose, but you posted as a reference so I can't allocate the points unless you want to briefly post as an answer?
