Ich überprüfe eine vorliegende Übersetzung. Es geht um eine Stellenbeschreibung im Personalwesen für eine Online-Jobbörse für einen "Recruiter".

"Commission having a Job interview" wurde übersetzt mit "Kommission beim Vorstellungsgespräch".

Ich kann mir darunter überhaupt nichts vorstellen, weder in der deutschen Übersetzung, noch im englischen Text.

Manchmal wird eine Auswahlkommission oder Findungskommission gebildet, zum Beispiel zusammengesetzt aus Team- und Vorstandsmitgliedern, die beim Vorstellungsgespräch dabei ist oder das Vorstellungsgespräch führt. Könnte das gemäss dem Kontext der Fall sein?

In diesem Fall würde ich das Wort "Kommission" zur Klärung ergänzen. Ich würde Findungskommission bevorzugen. Auswahlkommission ist jedoch auch richtig.
