Ten konec je tam opravdu tak divně přilepenej. zřejmě to nejsou „liabilities or obligations of the Seller“, které budou mít za následek to, že Smlouva přestane mít platnost nebo účinnost, nýbrž to, že „Seller can revoke this Agreement with immediate effect AND with no further liabilities……“ bude mít za následek to, že Smlouva přestane mít platnost nebo účinnost… ale i „NO futher liabilities or obligations…. Causing the Agreement to cease having any effect – tam by se to dalo vykládat kvůli tomu „NO“ futher liabilities i tak, že ta Smlouva nepřestane mít platnost nebo účinnost, protože tam nebudou ty další liabilities or obligations, které by to způsobily. Tuto interpretaci asi vylučuje použití čárky mezi slovy Seller a causing (toto napojení by muselo být jiné, možná nějaké modální sloveso…) a taky smysl celého toho souvětí, v němž je asi důležitý ten úsek „the Seller can revoke…“ A proto tak nějak intuitivně Prodávající může vypovědět tuto smlouvu s okamžitou účinností, aniž by vznikly na jeho straně jakékoliv další závazky a povinnosti, v důsledku čehož smlouva ztratí platnost. |
