In addition to the revised content, over the years we have worked to back capture the Acts that weren't included in Statues in Force i.e. those that were repealed before 1991. Our ultimate aim being to fill in all the gaps. Such Acts are only available as they were originally published. When you view one of these Acts, like the Companies Act 1948 on legislation.gov.uk (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1948/38/schedule/FIRST/p... you will see a banner at the top of the Table of Contents saying that we only have a copy of the Act in its enacted form. This is why there is no record on the site of the repeal (or any amendments prior to it) by the Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) Act, s. 29, Schedule 1.
I appreciate that this can be potentially confusing and to this end we are looking into how we can provide further information about legislation, where we only hold the 'as enacted' version pre-1991, so that it is clearer to users where those Acts have been repealed and by what. Unfortunately, I don't have any timescales for the completion of this work but it is something we are actively working on at the moment.

Thank you for your email about the Companies Act 1948.



Legislation.gov.uk carries all primary legislation from 1988 onwards, before that our dataset is only partial due to the fact it had to be derived from various sources.



The revised primary legislation on legislation.gov.uk was derived from the hardcopy volumes of Statutes In Force. This hardcopy edition was kept up to date until Feb 1991, from which point we have updated the legislation electronically. As a result the site only carries revised versions of legislation that were at least partially in force at 1.2.1991 (our basedate). Ja sugeruję zapytać firmę, z której wyszedł tekst umowy spółki. Autorzy tekstu Companies Act, nawet z roku 1963, z przyczyn kalendarzowych mogą mieć trudności ze sformułowaniem odpowiedzi na twoje (= geopieta) pytanie. ;-)

Niezależnie od tego polska firma, która zamierza wejść w spółkę z firmą z UK, IE, US, CA, NZ, AU, powinna mieć polskich prawników pracujących w języku angielskim. Jeżeli ma, to ja bym ich zapytał.

Nie ma tu literówki. Zbyt wiele tekstów ma taki zapis. Można dopytać na forum EN-EN lub lepiej jakiegoś prawnika z UK/IRL.

EXCLUSION OF TABLE “A”

2. The Regulations contained in Table “A” in the First Schedule to the Law shall not apply except so far as the same are repeated or contained in these Regulations.

3. The Company is a private company and accordingly:

Niewykluczone, że Kamila i mike23 mają rację, gdy przypuszczają literówkę: dodanie "de" do "termination".

Po usunięciu "de" zdanie brzmiałoby:

... i po ustaniu takiego zatrudnienia pozostawali członkami Spółki...
