the term spinning nozzle comes from technology of synthetic fibers, where it is molten polymer that leaves the nozzle. In this case the medium coming through the nozzle consists of a mixture of gases, which are injected into molten metal. There is no spinning any more, as no thread is produced.

Explanation:
Roztavený kov se zde čistí probubláváním, což je známá technologie, a tryska se zde navíc otáčí. Vzhledem ke slovu assembly předpokládám, že to bude souprava otáčejících se trubek s otvory, kterými bude unikat směs plynů dle popisu do roztaveného kovu.
