We are looking at a text about a new fuel safety system being tested by the FAA. In part of the text it reads:
The palletised NEA (Nitrogen Enriched Air)inerting system used Teledyne oxygen sensors to monitor the tank atmosphere. What is the meaning of the word "palletised" here.

Is it possible that the NEA is pelletised (in pellet form)? (or is this idea complete rubbish).

or

I think the 2nd meaning is best suited, as it is about fuel safety system
