As the reference in the Asker's source is specifically to the method described by Wilson Alberto Zappa Hoog in his Manual da Contabilidade. I can see no reason for not translating it as the holistic method.

“O balanço a que se refere a cláusula anterior, será elaborado por contador regularmente habilitado, que deverá observar: a) O valor de mercado para os bens do ativo circulante e a reavaliação a valor venal dos bens e dos direitos do ativo permanente; b: TODOS OS ATIVOS E PASSIVIOS OCULTOS TAIS COMO BASE NEGATIVO PARA TRIBUTOS, FUNDO EMPRESARIAL OU AVIAMENTO, AQUILATADO PELO MÉTODO HOLÍSTICO;... Resta claro, por isso, que as partes estabeleceram o método para apuração do patrimônio da sociedade a ser dissolvida parcialmente, e, nessa parte, não há como se aceitar o fundamento apresentado pelo perito judicial, tanto mais que, conforme trazido à colação pelo assistente técnico dos Requeridos e possível se constatar na pesquisa específica, existe na literatura pertinente o Método Holístico, desenvolvido por Wilson Alberto Zappa Hoog, na obra identificada a fls. 1.379,"

“O método holístico de valoração tem como elemento de entrada o lucro ou prejuízo líquido, média aritmética do resultado líquido contábil dos três últimos anos corrigido monetariamente, o qual deve ser sempre ajustado pela exclusão ou inclusão de várias rubricas, tais como receitas e despesas, gastos oriundos de abuso de poder ou de desvio do objeto social de modo a refletir o resultado do negócio. Resultado este que se denomina lucro normalizado. Sendo que este lucro normalizado, ajustado, é a base de cálculo para o retorno do capital investido, superlucro, que é obtido por um retorno superior a 6% do ativo operacional, por ativo operacional entendesse somente os investimentos nos elementos essenciais do estabelecimento empresarial. A parcela desse retorno de capital superior a 6%, aqui denominado de Fundo de Comércio, deve ser multiplicado pelo número de anos que se espera como retorno confiável. Esse prazo tem ainda como âncora o prazo médio do indicativo de atratividade. Esse valor do fundo de comércio atribuído há vários anos, deve ser mensurado a “valor presente” a uma taxa de juros de 12% a.a. Podendo surgir à figura do going value, que tem o sentido de indicar o valor da continuidade dos negócios pela sua perpetuidade. Ou seja, com o amparo no princípio contábil da continuidade.”
