cash-balances (accounting position) office Explanation: It could be that de la position is simply being used to mean 'de l'emplacement' as a site office - so de la localisation rather than 'de location' as a rental. A unit of the cashier's department suggests otherwise. My hunch is that this is the DRC - the Democratic Republic of the Congo, spelt as in 'impressive' sovereign debt cases I had once been instructed on and would rather not go into. Example sentence(s):
