Given the use, the door has to be fire-resistant, weatherproof and very secure. This particular features is : Deurvastzetter (RVS valpen). It's the valpen I am struggling with...

Explanation:
This is a steel pin that drops into a hole in the ground surface or bottom part of a door frame to hold the door in position. It often has a ring at the top for attaching a chain, so that it does not get lost.

As Michael says, this could be a drop bolt or Stainless steel Door locking device, Door stopper or Ground door stopper but if I had to translate the source text above I would stick to "Door stop (a stainless steel pin)"
