Рассчитать максимальную возможную сумму прибыли для распределению Explanation: Имеется в виду та максимальная доля чистой прибыли, которую теоретически возможно распределить, т.е. выплатить акционерам в виде дивиденда. Чистая прибыль состоит из чистой прибыли отчетного налогового периода (года) и нераспределённый чистой прибыли прошлых лет (undistributed earnings). Зная максимальную сумму прибыли, которую можно изъять из бизнеса в виде дивиденда, акционеры принимают решение о конкретной сумме дивиденда, которая будет подлежать выплате (т.е. станет distributable).
