beneficial interest wirtschaftliche Beteiligung Explanation: Der Distributor darf auschließllich ein wirtschaftliches Beteiligung an dieser einen Distributorship haben, es sei denn weitere sind ausdrücklich in diesem Vertrag (oder wie das Dok auch heißt) gestattet. Keine Ahnung, was du für Distributor und Distributorship werwendest, aber wenn er einen Distributor für diese Firma ist, darf er keine weitere Distributorverträge mit anderen Anbietern abschließen.
