Department Chair Explanation: In the first link there is translation in the first line of 'responsable de la mention' as 'Coordinator of the Bachelor History' so it could be that but I think 'responsable de mention' is above the course coordinator. The second link has a long list of responsibilities which indicates that it is a senior position.
