movement of the head skews the shoulders

Explanation:
movement of the head skews the shoulders
movement of the head twists the shoulders round

or 'head movement' instead of 'movement of the head'

or 'moving the head causes the shoulders to skew round'

neutral  Domini Lucas: I agree with twists. Not sure about skews hence the neutral rather than full agree. Purely because not really heard it in this context. Also wonder about rotates. Agree ότι εξαρτάται απ'τα συμφραζόμενα.

drags the shoulders (round/sideways/upwards)

Explanation:
As per my discussion entry, I think it could also be twist as Dylan suggests. Or even rotate. This is just an extra suggestion as I think drag conveys some of the nuance of using παρασέρνει in the ST. But it needs the addition of something such as round and without further context I am not sure of the direction the shoulders are going in.

However, for me these are just suggestions depending on the wider context hence low confidence rating.

(I have not posted rotate as a suggested answer as it is quite close to twist and, if you choose either of those, Dylan has already suggested twist).
