Michaela Soos-Kalogeropoulos Germany ASKER 08:35 Jul 2, 2019  Hallo Klaus, ja genau, da steht nur "nominal or bearer" und genauso wie Du, finde ich eben auch dass es keinen Sinn ergibt. Daher habe ich nun eine Anmerkung der Übersetzerin eingefügt und das nicht aufgelöst und auch keine Punkte vergeben. Danke trotzdem an alle die geantwortet haben! Expertlang 16:37 Jun 27, 2019  vermutlich nominal - schlechte Übersetzung für "action nominative" - Namensaktie Klaus Conrad 15:20 Jun 27, 2019  Steht da nur "nominal or bearer"? Das passt doch irgendwie gar nicht zusammen, oder? Aktien können Nennwertaktien oder Stückaktien (Par Value oder No-Par stock) und Inhaberaktien oder Namensaktien (bearer or registered share) sein. Witte: Angabe des Kapitals auf Basis der Anzahl der Namens- und der Inhaberaktien sagt mir momentan in einem HRA zwar nichts, aber der Kontext grenzt die Aussage für mich auch nicht auf eine Kapitalaufschlüsselung ein, daher von mir ein vorsichtiges "Eher das." 1 hr agree  Schtroumpf: S.
