Asker: muchas gracias por tu rapidez y precisión. He estado buscando mucho y no me aclaraba, pero si esto es traducción oficial de la UE no hay más que hablar.

Sería bueno tener más contexto. En principio, el "Konkurs" suizo es la "Insolvenz" en alemán de Alemania y de Austria.
Las traducciones de la UE no son "oficiales" en Suiza porque Suiza no es estado miembro de la UE.

Para saber si "Konkurs" tiene otro sentido en relación con sucesiones, habría que disponer de más contexto.

Asker: Gracias. El contexto es simplemente un documento que contiene actas y declaraciones de los herederos que renuncian a la herencia. Las páginas son formularios preparados, en varios aparece esa palabra, pero no está marcada la opción o sea que en realidad tampoco importa mucho. Pero a mí me gusta poner las cosas bien, sobre todo cuando son traducciones juradas.
