In Großbritannien war die Windfall Tax "a tax on what were claimed to be "the excess profits of the privatised utilities". Offensichtlich ist hier aber keine tatsächlich existierende Steuer gemeint, sonder nur die Androhung der Besteuerung "exzessiver Gewinne" (was auch immer das sein soll ...) durch den Finanzminister von Malaysia.
