I'm translating a manager training about a company's total rewards philosophy. Online I found the following definition:

A Total Rewards Philosophy translates an organization's vision, strategy and values into a framework that guides the design and decision making of base salary, short and long-term incentives, recognition and benefits.

However what I did not find is a clue as to if and how this is rendered in German texts. Can anyone help with the translation of this term?

Da hier Grundgehalt, Incentives, Benefits usw. aufgeführt werden, geht es hauptsächlich um die monetäre Anerkennung bzw. Leistungsanreize. Im Gesamtpaket spricht man im Deutschen da von Vergütung.

In dem Beispielsatz würde ich evtl. das "total" ignorieren und von "der Philosophie, die der Vergütungsstrategie zugrunde liegt" sprechen.

Asker: Danke für deinen Kommentar, Bernd. Hier geht es meiner Meinung nach jedoch nicht allein um die Mitarbeiterbewertung, die ist vielleicht Teil davon, sondern um die Strategie eines Unternehmens, wie die Leistung der Mitarbeiter vergütet, mit Prämien usw. belohnt werden soll. So verstehe ich das, allerdings scheint es hier im Dt. keinen kompakten Begriff zu geben, ich habe ihn zumindest noch nicht gefunden.
