Spanish term or phrase: OTM: orificio fistuloso bilateral
Context: Informe de otorrinolaringología

Exploración Física
-OTM: orificio fistuloso bilateral por delante de raiz de heliz. Oido izquierdo seromucoso claramente. El oído derecho parece ventilado.

I cannot figure out OTM for the life of me, I've found it in a few other places (a couple of other reports) but no indication of what it's short for. I'm sure the answer will be quite obvious, but I need help on this one.

Thanks in advance!

neutral  Joseph Tein: It does seem that OTM could, in some settings, mean "otitis media" but still, in this case, it's not likely that they would write Otitis Media: followed by a description of the outer ear.
